• STEP ONE

  Initial Consultation

  Our initial consultation of half an hour is free and gives us the ability to review your project and determine the best way forward before we provide a quote. • STEP TWO

  Letter of Engagement

  Following our meeting and in house workshop on your project you will be sent a Letter of Engagement within 3 working days. In this will be an overview of our services, estimate of costs and our standard Terms and Conditions. You have an opportunity to discuss any aspects of the agreement and review the services you require before signing it off.

• STEP THREE

  Design Development

  Following sign off, we move into design development phase where we prepare your design plan which includes all the services outlined in your Letter of Engagement. Alongside your design plan we will collate the best samples that are relevant to your concept.

• STEP FOUR

  Presentation

  We will present our concepts to you in our studio where all samples including colour drawdowns, fabrics, wallpapers, flooring, lighting, window treatments, tiles, finishes, fixtures and fittings will be available to view together. You will have an opportunity to make adjustments or provide feedback before we finalise your plan and send through by email.

• STEP FIVE

  Project Management

  From here we can manage aspects or the whole project utilising our quality local tradespeople and subcontractors. We can arrange purchasing and delivery of your items to your home and liaise with suppliers to ensure your items are delivered in the appropriate timeframe.
