Terms and Conditions



Full payment for headboards is required before we start custom making them. All payments are made through our online shop.


Allow for 4-6 weeks for your headboard to be completed, we will keep you up to date at least twice to inform you of expected delivery date.

We use Fastway courier company to deliver throughout New Zealand and you need to provide a physical address where someone will be available to sign for the product weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Standard rates for South Island are $35 delivery and North Island $50 delivery fee.


We recognize that sometimes in life, products are not what you thought they would be. Our refund policy is for 20 days, you are welcome to contact us within that period from receiving your item if you are not satisfied with the product. If you contact us to return the item after 20 days we are not able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the headboard must be unused, and placed back into its original wrapping and box. You need contact us to confirm you are returning an item by calling 03 434 5749 and then arrange for the headboard to be couriered back to our workroom in Oamaru. All costs of returning the item will be met by you and are non-refundable.

Once the item has been received and inspected you will be informed of whether or not a refund will be approved. If approved a direct debit transfer will be made to your bank account as provided by you.

If your headboard has arrived damaged then we will arrange a replacement for you at the earliest possible convenience.
